Account Minimums

$300,000 total value for all managed accounts.*

*Account minimums can be met with more than one account. Various circumstances and future assets can be considered to possibly waive initial minimums.

Fee Structure

Fee structure is a tiered schedule and based on the total amount of assets under management. *

$300,000 - $3,000,000 .95%
3,000,000-$5,000,000 .85%
$5,000,000 - .75%

* Fee structure includes all investment management, tax planning and financial planning unless otherwise discussed
